Estimates for Prospective Homebuyers

While we offer free roof inspections to existing homeowners, we charge a small fee to prospective homebuyers. We do so because we aren't sure if you will go through with the purchase of the home, and since our time and effort are as valuable as anyone in the industry, we ask to be compensated for our time and travel.

The fees are as follows:

• Estimate for repairs and roof replacement based on home inspection report (no in-person inspection) - $50, 100% reimbursement if we provide any work.
• Quote for visiting the property, inspecting attic and roof - $100, 100% reimbursement if we provide any work.
• $200 for a full roof report with photos and explanations showing all our recommendations and costs of repair or replacement, 50% reimbursement if we provide any work.

This is best used for negotiations when buying a home.
